Class Descriptions:
Over 50 & Fit: A low/no impact aerobic class for a great healthy heart. Toning and stretching part of class can either be done seated or standing. A great compliment to water aerobics. Class is designed for those over 50, but anyone is welcome.
Senior Water Aerobics: All weight bearing stress on the joints is removed in the water. Improve muscle strength, circulation and flexibility in this aquatics class for men and women. No swimming ability necessary.
Total Body Conditioning: You will get an all-around workout in the high intensity aerobics class!!! Total Body Conditioning will include step aerobics, land aerobics, strength training, ab workouts, and stretching.
Water Aerobics: An action-packed, high intensity workout in the pool! Build-up your cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, and improve the range of motion in your joints, while having fun! This class is involves shallow and deep water exercises.
Boot Camp: An aerobic and circuit training class that will challenge the entire body, incorporating dynamic flexibility and strengthening exercises. Build individual strength, endurance, fitness and confidence. A no-frill hardcore gut check!
Tai Chi
Practice this health exercise to gain flexibility, strengthen muscle groups, maintain mental focus and improve circulation.
