    August 5th – Ultimate Frisbee / Capture the Flag

     

    August 11th – Kickball / Wiffle Ball

     

    All sports will teach rules, teamwork, basic skills of throwing, kicking, catching, etc….. and of course a fun game for each sport.

    Cost

    Member: $5.00

    "Learn to Swim" Group Lessons

    Session I: June 7th - 10th and June 14th - 17th

    Session II: July 5th - 8th and July 12th - 15th

     

         Level 1 (5 yrs +)   10:00 am - 10:40 am

         Level 2 & 3          10:50 am - 11:30 am

     Level 4, 5 & 6       4:00 pm - 4:40 pm

    Adult Lessons         6:30 pm - 7:10 pm (M/W)

    Parent and Child (Children 1-4 yrs)  5:30 pm - 6:00 pm (T/TH)

     

    Cost: Level 1-6 or adult lessons: $15 member and $25 non-member

    Parent and Child: $10 member and $20 non-member (parent must be in water with child)

     

     

     

    Swim Team

    July 7th - July 30th

    11:30 -12:15 M-F

     

    Swim team is open to anyone who is 8 years old and can swim 1 length of the pool.  Swim team practices weekdays with meets held around the area through out the summer.  Participation in meets is optional.  Swim team is an excellent opportunities for young swimmers to build confidence and improve their swimming skills.

     

    Cost: $20 for one child   $35 for 2 children   $45 for 3 children

     3 week session: Over 50 and Fit, Senior Water Aerobics starts August 16th

     3 week session: Early Water Aerobics starts August 23rd

    New 6 week sessions for all classes starts September 13th

    Over 50 & Fit: A low/no impact aerobic class for a great healthy heart. Toning and stretching part of class can either be done seated or standing. A great compliment to water aerobics. Class is designed for those over 50, but anyone is welcome.

     

    Senior Water Aerobics: All weight bearing stress on the joints is removed in the water. Improve muscle strength, circulation and flexibility in this aquatics class for men and women. No swimming ability necessary.

     

    Total Body Conditioning: You will get an all-around workout in the high intensity aerobics class!!! Total Body Conditioning will include step aerobics, land aerobics, strength training, ab workouts, and stretching.  

     

    Water Aerobics: An action-packed, high intensity workout in the pool! Build-up your cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, and improve the range of motion in your joints, while having fun! This class is involves shallow and deep water exercises.
