Two New Classes starting Saturday, January 30 (three week session)

Kickboxing 7:40 to 8:20 a.m.
Yoga Pilates Modern Mixup 8:20 to 9:00 a.m.
Kickboxing: If you haven't tried it yet, now is your chance! This is one of the most effective total body exercies out there today. You will tone every muscle in your body, boost your heart rate, and improve your flexibility. The class accommodates beginners to advanced exercisers. No experience necessary! If you havve boxing gloves bring them, but they are not required.
Yoga Pilates Modern Mixup: This is one of the newest forms of fitness. It is a combination of traditional pilates and yoga moves in a modern mix. The faster pace and repetitions will get your heart rate up while toning muscle and increasing flexibility. This is a very effective, low-impact class for all ages and abilities

The lap pool heater is broken, but the lap pool is still open. Repairs are to be made but is is unknown at this time when the heater will working. The water temperature of the lap pool is colder than usual, but safe to swim in. Benefits of cold water swimming include: boosts the imune system, gets the blood pumping, and burns calories (from: http://thenextchallenge.org/cold-water-swimming)
Water aerobics classes will be postponed until the heater is fixed. Missed classes will be made up.
The therapy pool is open and operating as usual.
